Chateau Puygueraud, Blanc 2015

This is a very good wine and exceptional at the price point. It is one of those wines that require conversation as there is a lot going on. As it warmed in the glass, I thought the Sauvignon Blanc came a little bit more to the front. Had this with a lobster ravioli in a cream sauce, which was a great pairing.
