Another beautiful bottle. Fresh, zesty bouquet of mint and capsicum with underpinnings of graphite, cedar and loamy scents. Silky and sappy on the palate with brightness and energy, all followed with a markedly savory finish of bovril, portobellos, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Tertiary and ethereal in many ways at the point, but still bringing the goods.
